What is Insight Youth?
Insight Youth is a new, free employability programme for 16–24 year-olds in Mid & East Antrim who are unemployed or not moving into further or higher education. Developed by the Mid & East Antrim Labour Market Partnership, Network Personnel, and Michelin Development Ltd, it empowers local youth with accredited training, mentoring, workplace experience, and direct job pathways.
The initiative is designed to address rising youth unemployment, providing hands-on support for young people at the critical transition between education and employment. Whether you're a recent school leaver, a college graduate unsure of the next step, or just starting to explore career options, Insight Youth is the stepping stone to a fulfilling career.
